Hospital based care for our patients is provided mainly at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, located in Fairfax, Virginia, is a 182 bed community hospital serving the rapidly growing suburbs in western Fairfax and eastern Loudoun counties. It features a Women's Center with state of the art equipment, labor and delivery facilities and neonatal intensive care nursery. The hospital opened a new center for women with high risk pregnancies.
Dr. Solos can also provide hospital based care at Inova Loudoun Hospital.
Obstetrics
Dr. Solos believes in creating an individualized childbirth experience for each of her patients and their families. She recognizes that each woman has special needs and life-style requirements and she has built her philosophy and care around these factors. Her goal is to make each visit to her office as pleasant and satisfying as possible.

Gynecology
Gynecology is the branch of medicine providing health care to women, especially the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the female reproductive organs. Dr. Solos is dedicated to providing high quality healthcare for all stages of a woman's life, from adolescence and the reproductive years through the perimenopausal and postmenopausal years. Dr. Solos provides comprehensive health screening exams as well as providing information on proven medical screening tests.

Infertility
Dr. Solos provides education and counseling to her patients to enable them to make well-informed decisions. Your evaluation will begin by completing the Infertility History Questionnaire and with an interview to obtain a medical history from you and your partner to assist Dr. Solos in selecting the most comprehensive program that is appropriate for you. Once you have completed the initial evaluation, Dr. Solos will review the information, perform a physical examination, if necessary, and discuss a plan for further testing and treatment to meet your specific needs.
